When I have an appetite for pizza, there is only one goal for me: pasta e vino. They have the tastiest pizza in the area. I've been a customer there for a long time and can only recommend Pasta e Vino to all pizza lovers.

But when you get the absurd idea of ​​using the delivery service, it becomes funny. Our first order a few weeks ago was obviously simply "forgotten?" to arrive cold after 2 hours at a distance of 2 km .. With the second order, after 2 hours, to be on the safe side, we asked again (<- I also feel uncomfortable) whether they had forgotten our order. And the answer really knocked us off our feet; the pizza hadn't been made for two hours and it would take another 3/4 hour to get to us. That wouldn't even be the problem if you knew what to expect. Then you order 3 hours before you are hungry. I really shouldn't have a problem with that. Only the statement when the order itself is that it will be there in half an hour is already a strong piece. In this extraordinarily poor initial situation after 2 hours, the owner is probably also absolutely far from meeting the customer. At this point I would like to open a small (presumed) calculation: 1st conversation: PeV: "It takes a while" Karl: "How long approx?" PeV: "Half an hour" Result: no pizza for 2 hours 2nd conversation: PeV: "Young man, your pizza is not ready yet, do you still want them or do you no longer want them? " Karl: "No thanks" Why did we refuse? A nice math word problem: - Half an hour means no pizza for 2 hours - How long should there be no pizza if the waiting time should be 3/4 of an hour? Right, too long. Let's start from our field study with just one attempt: 0.5 h corresponds to 2 h no pizza it follows: 0.75 h corresponds to 3 h no pizza. Incidentally, it would have resulted in a delivery time of 5 hours. Which, if you order in the evening, would mean that you have to set the alarm clock at 11:17 p.m. in order to receive your pizza. Then there is another brushing of teeth, bad sleep and possibly bad dreams of punctuality. I delivered myself when I was at school and I am probably less familiar with the problems and misunderstandings of customers than "Pasta e Vino" because we had up to 3 drivers on Sundays to deliver their "hot goods" to our customers. And we had only one oven and nobody seemed to tear themselves apart. If something really took an hour and the customer had already complained, it was quite common to hand over the food for free. This is of course pure goodwill, but a nice role model and a statement about your own requirements with regard to customer satisfaction. As long as there is no reaction here and the delivery times simply get better; as long as I don't see a second or third driver with you I won't order anymore. The sad thing about the village is that word of mouth reaches most people quickly and you can't behave like in the city where there are potentially always enough customers.
